Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Asst. Manager (Accounts) Grade II B: B.Com Honours in Accountancy + Diploma in Computer.
- Accountant: B.Com Honours + Basic Computer Knowledge (Tally).
- Assistant Manager (Grade II-B): Graduate in any discipline + Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Officer (Group-B) (Grade-B II): B.Com Honours + Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Manager: B.Com + Basic Computer Knowledge (Tally).
- Scale-I Officer: B.Com Honours (55% marks) + Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Manager (Accounts): B.Com, Intermediate pass in CA/CMA/CS + Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Deputy Manager: MBA/MCA + Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office).
Age Limit (as of 01/01/2025):
- Unreserved (UR): 18 to 40 years

Selection Process
The selection process for WEBCSC Officer Recruitment 2025 includes:
- Stage-I: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT) with 85 MCQs (0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer).
- Stage-II:
- Descriptive Written Test (DWT) and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for certain posts (50 marks, qualifying in nature).
- Interview/Viva-Voce for all posts (15 marks).
- Final Merit List: Based on marks obtained in CBT and Interview.
