1. Noor A Jam
Recipe by Inderpal, Star Tender, Ashok Hotel, New Delhi

Material
Cumin – half teaspoon
Black salt – ½ tsp
Fresh lime – 15 ml
Table salt – a pinch
Sprite – 180 ml
method
Mix all together and top it with chilled Sprite and serve in a highball glass, garnished well with a lemon.
2. Virgin Pan Margarita
Recipe by Inderpal, Star Tender, Ashok Hotel, New Delhi

Material
Sweet yogurt – 150 ml
Pan Bida – 02 no.
Sweet Pan Masala – 10 gms
Pan syrup – 30 ml
Sweet and sour – 30 ml
method
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for a smooth consistency.
Serve in cup bowl glasses garnished with pan leave and sweet pan masala.
3. Common sunrise

Material
Mango pulp – 60 ml
Mango juice – 120 ml
Grenadine syrup – 15 ml
Ice Cubes – 02
method
Put mango pulp and mango juice in a glass. Add the grenadine syrup and ice cubes. Mix the drink before serving, garnish to your liking and serve chilled.
4. Kiwi Sunshine
Recipe by Rajesh Khanna, Head – F&B, Metropolitan Hotel & Spa

Material
Kiwi puree – 60 ml
Water – 120 ml
Kiwi pieces – 2 tbsp
Sweet Lime Froth – 3 tbsp
Salt – As required
Crushed sugar – optional, according to taste
Crushed ice as needed
method
– Blend kiwi, water and crushed sugar (optional) in a blender. Take a glass and pour it over crushed ice.
– Blend sweet lemon juice in a blender to make a froth. Add a dash of salt to it. Pour the froth over the glass and top with the kiwi slices. Top it with ice and serve cold.
5. Gardenia

Material
Pineapple juice – 150 ml
Mint syrup – 30 ml
Lemon juice – 15 ml
Chopped mint and ginger – 01 tsp.
method
Blend all ingredients in a blender to a smooth consistency and serve chilled in a Tom Collins glass, garnished with pineapple and mint sprigs.
6. Mountain Queen

Material
Pineapple juice – 100 ml
Watermelon fresh – 50 grams
Watermelon syrup – 15 ml
Sweet and sour – 30 ml
method
Blend all ingredients in a blender to a smooth consistency and serve chilled in an all-purpose glass garnished with watermelon.
7. Cucumber Delight

Material
Fresh grated cucumber – 01 tsp
Ginger – half a teaspoon
Mint leaves – 8-10 no.
Black pepper and salt – 1/2 tsp
Ginger l – 150 ml
method
Combine all ingredients with a stirrer with a topping of ginger ale and serve chilled in a red wine glass, garnished with a lime and cherry.
8. Orange Wonder

Material
Orange juice – 120 ml
Soda – 60 ml
Strawberry Cross – 60 ml
Crushed ice as needed
method
Pour strawberries over crushed ice into a tall glass
Pour orange juice on top, followed by soda. Lime wedge or garnish of your choice!
