1. Noor A Jam

Material

Cumin – half teaspoon

Black salt – ½ tsp

Fresh lime – 15 ml

Table salt – a pinch

Sprite – 180 ml

method

Mix all together and top it with chilled Sprite and serve in a highball glass, garnished well with a lemon.

Sweet Pan Masala – 10 gms

Pan syrup – 30 ml

Sweet and sour – 30 ml

method

Blend all the ingredients in a blender for a smooth consistency.

Serve in cup bowl glasses garnished with pan leave and sweet pan masala.

Mango pulp – 60 ml

Mango juice – 120 ml

Grenadine syrup – 15 ml

method

Put mango pulp and mango juice in a glass. Add the grenadine syrup and ice cubes. Mix the drink before serving, garnish to your liking and serve chilled.

Kiwi puree – 60 ml

Water – 120 ml

Kiwi pieces – 2 tbsp

Sweet Lime Froth – 3 tbsp

Salt – As required

Crushed sugar – optional, according to taste

method

– Blend kiwi, water and crushed sugar (optional) in a blender. Take a glass and pour it over crushed ice.

– Blend sweet lemon juice in a blender to make a froth. Add a dash of salt to it. Pour the froth over the glass and top with the kiwi slices. Top it with ice and serve cold.

Ginger – half a teaspoon

method

Combine all ingredients with a stirrer with a topping of ginger ale and serve chilled in a red wine glass, garnished with a lime and cherry.
